No skills on hight lvls ??? HELP MY

HI my player in game have big problem : playing .ok working - lvl .ok working - new skills no 1 lvl no. i dont have .im 23 lvl player and i dont got any new skill on this what u got on begin argh wtf is going ... any teacher sey no skill to study !!.What i need to do someone know were is working teacher for fighter (warrior what ever) or someone know were i can download path to fix that problem .??. please answer :)

Mine did that and all I did was log out and then log back in and I had my skills - maybe if you are playing and leveling quick it needs a minute to load new skill data?

lol change your class if you havent or just open your char status window and switch from skills to quest tab and back you'll have your skills or just log out/log in
