Lineage 2 on a MAC

My friend has been wanting to play Lineage for a while now, but he has a MAC. So I would like to know if it is possible to play Lineage on a MAC. Appreciate any help. Thanks!

maybe wine works with OSX...
Might get trouble with game guard but theres removal program but i dont know if it will make the server stop responding to the client...
