Sub Classes Quest

could someone explain how this is done?
i understand i have to be level 75 but what next? are the quest items sold?

To be able to get a subclass you need to complete the Mimir's elexir quest.
You can't buy all the items for this quest so you'll have to do most of it the old fashioned way. :)

You also need to do fate's whisper (http://lineage2.stratics.com/content/library/quests/index.php?id=15011). You can buy items to avoid killing all the raid bosses in this quest.
