More buff slots / Mais slots para buffs

Eu adoro fazer post de coisas k podem ajudar :D neste caso é + slots para buffs uns 5 extra slots era mt bom em vex 20 ter 25.

Well on official there are more buff slots of course from using special books which you can get.

I think that 20 buff slots are enough if we got more the whole pvp "balance" will be......up. With this ppl got the chance to lose some buffs etc. And yes in official ppl can have more slots but just useing those books but here is this c4/c5 chimera there is the full c5 and c6....
think forexample an archer with cr light, jewels, mark of god and with the more evasion buffs etc....
with that that the amount of buffs are limited we have tha chance that we can make some debuff with some skills.so the others will be weakend. With this that ppl have just limited buff slots they need to build up a strategy... and yes for this they need to use their brains and this could be hard and boring...
But nvm u know... but belive me u will be more upset if those slots come avaliable.

Hm i see your point and to be honest i agree with it really. Especially since buffs last 2 hours as it is.......it is annoying losing some buffs to mobs with bleed/root/poison etc.......but some classes would be absolutely crazy with 26 odd buffs..........good for exping though :)

if u go to impirial its pretty anoying if u got killing those scropions u risk to have 3 de-buff 1 for slow 1 for stun and another 1 for bleed that is 3 buff us lose for other status buffs that is why more buff would be great or when a mobs do us a status buff it wont do de-buff it would going to another slot so it would t de-buff :)

Don't give yourself stupid buffs and work with the buff slots that you have currently, I do agree though that using a greater heal pot and losing a buff is pretty stupid but you just have to buff a certain way and always carry greater haste/swift attack pots. That's how my ally rolled and we had no issues with it.

i dont know but the most slot i was losed till i play on this server was 3. so if u can ask ur clan buffer to buff up correctly u will lose those buffs first that u can replace... like Dez say :) i am not just thinking about the exp farming etc but this server mostly about pvp i think and if with 20 buffs or less a ppl can be deathly what would be if he or she has free slots for the debuffs? without the limitation some skills would be unusable or not so much effective.
But i totaly agree with Dez about the HP pots and the bless of eva pots are needs a slot too! :P
For example my bro play on a server where u can have unlimited buff slots..... it is boring... so the play is an endless Doom like game. (i know we are just speaking about 5 more slots :P)

i always stack my buffs whit the stuff i can afford to lose first, and then i add on whit pots and selfbuff... its just about finding the right balance, betwen deffensive and offensive buffs, when u do that you will first of all become a much better pvp'er/farmer becos you wont get screwed up becos you loose a surtan buff, and second why the hell do you all buff vs cancel >.<' gpd damn it you can run from it!!!

A “de-buff” window has been created, separate from the buff window, where de-buffs inflicted by danger areas or NPCs are displayed. There are a maximum of 10 de-buffs and 10 toggle skill buffs that can be displayed.

The maximum number of buffs visible in the general buff window has increased to 24 from 20.

In order to increase the maximum number in the general buff window, one must have the Ancient Book – Divine Inspiration and learn the Divine Inspiration skill. There is one buff slot increase every time the skill level improves.

NPC and enviromental debuffs/DoTs are in a diff bar but they still haven't fixed the greater heal/and greater heal pot taking off buffs. Yes you can get more buff slots on official using the devine inspiration but you can only get those at certain lvls i mentioned this before on these forums but it was in June. First book is obtained from the Black marketeer of mammon and you have to be lvl 52, second book to the last ones are from raid bosses and you also have to be a certain lvl to use those as well. But they're still a bit useless because on retail you're still not going to buff yourself with useless shit and theres no AIO's unless you're me and had "effecient auto following EXPers" in possession.

As for the AIO argument, I had access to an AIO sure but I also had friends that had AIOs and sometimes if you ask nicely you can ask to get certain buffs or tell them to hold back on some buffs. (I've never EVER payed for AIO buffs on this server, ever. lol just make friends ;) )

haha Ian :D you've got it right and yeah buffing against cancel is a bit dumb but sometimes theres a sneaky canceller somewhere in your enemie's PVP group, it never fails as I remember everyone had an SPS or Sorc with them after the cancel stick nerf. Also don't forget not everyone clocks a regular 290+ speed on their char ;) I can outrun it but I still throw it in for kicks and giggles


Leave the buff slots as is, people need to learn how to play with certain buffs instead of not "getting it" then making these repeated posts to the admins about changing it for their benefit. Yeah yeah but other people sit here and /agree too which shows that after all this time on this server people still haven't gotten the hang of it...yeesh

First buffs i usually wanna lose are haste/ww because i can rebuff those with pots or self buff, i ALWAYS save room for 1-2 debuffs but I also have to keep in mind that I want to use Focus death and keep a slot open for greater HP pots, it takes what...a day maybe 2 to get used to it but once you've got a syetem worked out you're unstoppable. Play around with buffs and like I said get a friend who owns an AIO, don't pay scrubs to buff you (they don't know what theyre doing anyways) or find someone who can add you to their AIO/bot buffer's list and then you can just call out the buffs et voila! you're buffed with what YOU want rather than what someone else wants to buff you with.

I would like to avoid too Song of Vitality and Bless the Body. With Vamp, I don't need HP, but it's not that easy to get the buffs you want when the buffer is buffing a party.

And I won't choose my friends (actually, i won't change anything as I'm leaving) regardful of they have or not an AIO. I have friends and none of them was enough s****d (Im really sorry) to pay 300$ for something like that.

So try to put yourself in others shoes. It won't make players more powerful again as the extra buffs won't help at all.

well on my Ghost sentinel i only got around 238 whit Cov >.<', but then agian i got mark fo god and shit like that so its np to out run the cancel range :D, and there is not that meny Sps/Sorcs now its necros's, archer's, Dagger's, Destroyers now :D

c) someone who's actually lvled up a bunch of classes and can buff you since they have nothing else to do with their time ~.~;;;

I don't need to put myself in other people's shoes I see a problem and I find a solution to it, it's that simple. I lvled my own set of buffers if something were to ever happen to my AIO access or if my friend's comp rebooted/crashed/lost connection and their AIO was offline. I forbid my friends/ally from buying buffs, absolutely forbid it and at the time we had at least one person in each clan that had an AIO so we were pretty set no matter what.

I didn't always like the fact that I had to load another client to buff myself with the AIO I had acess to so I would go and buff myself using an AIO that had me on their buff list, or because people actually like me on here I was always offered buffs without asking because I've actually taken some of my time to help them or whatever.

If you find yourself stuck in a situation where you absolutely MUST buy buffs from an AIO sometimes it does help to ask them to buff you alone or ask them to not buff you with certain things. If they don't want to do that then tough luck on both sides unfortunately. :/

More people playing daggers now lol, thats funny, archers were always a big part of the server's population, same with dest. and necros, lol I guess I don't have to change my buffs very much haha~

Yeah okay, but the biggest majority of the players doesn't have a priviligied accessto such buffers. You lucky (or skilled, as you want), and you maybe think we all should find a way to get the buffs we need, but it's always possible, for many things. First are the buffers, second is the langage gap which sometimes forbid discussion. Anyway, I don't care about the future of this debate as I'm leaving.

And about "making friends who have AIOs", I was joking.

20 slots are enough, with some classes u have to choose what buff u wanna take, and create a good macro for an eventual buff-lifting during pvp. 25 slots will make some classes very unbalanced (like archers) and u can't debuff anyone with skills :S so i say 20 is enough, maybe too many... if u wanna more slots choose a n00b server with 40 or 50 slots... where's fun? where's your intelligence to get a good macro? if we wanted 25 slots or more, we played on a 500x server...
