where i start the 3rd class change where the first NPC?
bcuz i tryed to talk with Magister Kamilen in Goddard to chnage to Storm Screamer
but she told me there is no tasks for me and i'm lvl 76 now...
plz help me what to do?

I believe you have to speak to an NPC at Hardins, I've done 3rd class change on two dark elves so far and they both had to talk to someone at Hardins. >.>
