GM help please

I have a 78 Glad.... I must have deleted my Fates whisper Mark and now i have a pure silver and i go to get my sub quest and it wont let me please GM help i i did finish the fates quest then i went back to get it again and it wont let me please let me know.

Have you looked in your quest inventory to be sure(alt+U)?
If it truely is gone and you have mirmir's quest there you might have to delete mirmir's first then try and take fate's whisper again.
