Clan Crest

Pls can any1 tell me how can i set clan crest ? i have bmp file 16x12x256 colors and when i type path to file it writes that i haven't got 16x12 crest or 256 colors ...

pls help some1 :(

open paint and resave as the file size again just to make sure :)

i have crest downloaded from net ... there are hundreds crests .. i tried resize i tried download another crest ... same problem
